And then you also have to wear some sexy lehengas and smart sherwanis. But wait, that would also mean flaunting those flabs, love handles and extra fat? Not that you don’t look good with them but come one, one in every three wants to get a leaner body and we can’t blame you! DAY 1- FRUIT LOVE!

On day 1 you are only allowed to eat fruits. Any fruit except bananas are good on day. Load your tummy with all types of melons, oranges, papaya, pineapple etc. Make sure you EAT these fruits and not drink it! Show some fruit love on day 1.

SPOILER– Day 1 will prepare your body for the next 6 days and will make you feel good at the end of the day!

DAY 2- VEGGIES GALORE

Day 2 is an all veggies day. You can start your day with a medium-sized boiled potato with a dash of butter if you want. For the rest of the day you can eat all sorts of vegetables, mostly leafy vegetable like spinach, lettuce,cabbage, carrots and much more. You can eat as much as you want- either boiled or raw. Don’t forget to drink 10-15 glasses of water as well!

DAY 3- FRUITS+VEGGIES

Day 3 is a mix of Day 1 and 2. You can eat all fruits except bananas and vegetables. No potatoes are allowed since you will get your dose of carbs from the fruits you eat. In you salad, you can add some boiled corns as well for that extra tast meal. For dinner you can have a healthy home-made soup with salt and pepper to please your taste buds. Don’t forget water!

SPOILER- By the end of day 3, you will start feeling leaner, fitter and all set to complete the rest of the challenge!

DAY 4- BANANA AND MILK

If you have been missing banana during your fruit days, it’s time to treat yourself. You can eat upto 8 bananas today and 4 glasses of milk. Soy milk or skimmed milk will do wonders today. You can even have a healthy banana milk shake for lunch too. For dinner if you would like something that is not sweet, you can have a bowl of healthy home-made soup. Day 4 also needs a lot of water!

SPOILER- Day 4 will revive all the potassium and sodium that went missing for the last 3 days. This means that you will feel fresh and active by the end of day 4!

DAY 5- YUM YUM FOOD

Now that you have kind of done a de-tox for your body, day 5 is a lot easier to get through! You can loads of tomatoes, paneer, sprouts, curd, boiled red kidney beans and soya chunks too! If you are a non-vegetarian, you can substitute these foods with lean beef or boiled chicken. Baked salmon for lunch will also do great! Soup will keep you full too.

SPOILER- Your tummy will look visibly flatter and your face will start glowing. Yayy!

DAY 6- YUM YUM FOOD AGAIN

Day 6 is almost the repeat of Day 5 but with no tomatoes. You can even have a cup of boiled brown/white rice with loads of boiled veggies. Treat yourself to soup, sprouts and paneer as well. If you decide to eat rice then stay away from beef of chicken. Boiled kidney bean salad with onions is a great lunch option!

DAY 7- FRUIT JUICE AND FOOD

On the final day you can have a tall glass of fresh fruit juice. You can eat boiled veggies, kidney beans, onions, spinach etc. You can have a cup or two of boiled white/brown rice. Substitute this for lean beef or chicken. Water is still mandatory.

This 7-day GM diet plan is the fastest diet plan with assured results. You can workout for 30-45 minutes on alternate days to improve the schedule. This diet will boost your metabolism to a whole new level.
