Mint and Choco-chip Cupcakes
If there was heaven on earth, it ought to be because of these dollops of goodness.

To prepare-
Add cocoa and chocolate chips to the cake mixture and bake for 15-20 minutes. Once it cools down, enrobe the cupcake with dollops of Mint and choco chip butter cream – prepared using softened butter, mint syrup and chocolate chips.

To prepare-
Add some grapefruit juice and finely grated grapefruit and lemon peel along with grape food colour to the cake mixture. Bake for 15-20 minutes until the cupcakes pop!

They are the perfect bite sized version of your favourite red velvet cake with a little surprise at the bottom of every cupcake.

To prepare the batter
Beat in eggs, flour, cocoa powder, sugar , butter and the red food colour. Place one Hershey’s kisses or any chocolate candy that you may like at the bottom of the muffin cup and pour in the mixture. Once baked, top it with a frosting mixture of cream cheese and butter. Prepare fondant roses and decorate them on these cupcakes.
