Sweet corn ice cream- I bet you must be asking what the hell is that!
We have had sweet corn as a snack but as ice cream??? Hell Ya!!! It is one flavor you need to try this season. Take the kernels off the corn cobs and place them in a saucepan. Add milk, cream and sugar to it. Bring it to boil. Using a blender, puree the mixture so that kernels mesh with the sauce. Let it set for an hour.
Heat the mixture again and add egg yolks to it. Keep stirring as you don’t want your mixture to curdle up. Continue heating till the mixture is thickened. Let the mixture set in a tray and refrigerate it. Your dish will be ready in few hours.
Peach ice cream- the flavor of richness
