Ingredients:

Cashew nuts ¼ Cup
Almonds ¼ Cup
Pistachios ¼ Cup
Raisins ¼ Cup
Dates ¼ Cup
Clarified butter ¼ Cup
Sugar/ Jaggery ¼ Cup
Salt A pinch

 

Procedure:

  1. Blend all the ingredients for 30 seconds till a soft mass is formed. Divide into equal portions and roll them into small balls.
  2. Insert toothpick into the balls.
  3. Melt chocolate and dip the dry fruit balls in it and freeze for 10 minutes.
