If you are somebody who wants to move beyond chai and pakora, then these recipes are just for you! Heard of noodle pakora? We are not at all kidding! This monsoon try something different to satisfy your cravings!

Bhutta (Barbeque Corn)
Take the corncob. In a bowl, put butter, parsley, red chilli flakes, minced garlic and lemon juice. Apply the butter mixture on the corn cob and grill it on the barbeque and let it roast! Keep on rotating the cob till it gets roasted from all sides. After, it gets roasted, apply salt and pepper as per your taste. Serve hot!
In a bowl, add corn kernel, grated boiled potato, chopped green chilli, ginger, garam masala, cheddar cheese, mint leaves and salt. Mix it well. Now, take the mixture and form the shape of kebabs. Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry. Fry till it gets golden brown. Eat it with whatever chutney you prefer!
Spicy Soya Nuggets
Mix soya nuggets, salt and garlic paste in a bowl and keep it aside. Heat oil in a pan and stir fry onion till they get brown in color. Then, add green chillies, soya sauce, vinegar, salt and soya nuggets in the pan. Stir fry for a minute and there you go! Garnish it with coriander leaves and eat with any chutney that you like!
Boil noodles and add some oil to avoid sticking. Now strain noodles. Then, add onion, salt, ginger, black pepper and mix well. After mixing, give the shape of pakoras. Then, heat oil in a pan and add all-purpose flour. After cooking, add milk and mix to form a smooth paste. Then, add oil in a pan and heat it. Take the noodle pakora, coat it in the maida paste and then coat it again in the breadcrumbs. Fry the pakora in the oil till it gets golden brown! Voila! Yummy noodle pakora are all ready to binge on!
Tomato Sev Puri
Here is something for the diet- conscious foodies! Put sev in a bowl. Add, red chilli powder, salt, chaat masala, amchur, lemon juice and cumin seed powder. Mix it all well. Now, cut tomatoes into round slices and place the sev mixture on it. Garnish it with chopped coriander leaves! Here it is! Sev is ready to savour!
