Homemade Popsicles Recipies

Watermelon Popsicles

Treat yourself with cool and juicy pops made out of watermelon.

Ingredients:

Watermelon chunks without rind 2 cups
Lemon 2 tsp
Sugar/Honey As per requirement
Water As per requirement
Salt As per taste

 

Procedure:

  1. In a blender, add watermelon chunks along with sugar/honey and lime juice. Blend until smooth.
  2. Adding enough water so that the mixture liquefies.
  3. Pour into popsicle molds, dividing evenly and freeze.

Mango Popsicles

Mango, the king of fruits is a sweet delight in any food form. Mango pops are easy to make and temping.

Ingredients:

Mangoes 2 cups
Jaggery 2 tsp
Water As per requirement
Salt A pinch

 

Procedure:

  1. In a blender, add mango pieces along with jiggery and salt. Blend until smooth.
  2. Adding enough water so that the mixture liquefies.
  3. Pour into  molds, dividing evenly and freeze.

Lemonade Pops

The lime and lemony tinge is all what we crave for in the summer to combat heat.

Ingredients:

Water 4 cups
Sugar 5 tsp
Lemon Juice 6 tsp
Salt A pinch
Cumin powder A pinch

 

Procedure:

  1. In a large bowl, dissolve sugar and salt in water.
  2. Add lemon juice to the sugary water and mix.
  3. Add enough water to make the volume.
  4. Pour into molds, dividing evenly and freeze.
