1) Tangy Pomegranate Buzz

Pomegranate is a rich source of Vitamin C, K and folate. Also, its seeds have high fiber content, so why not make a tasty drink out of it?

Ingredients:

Pomegranate Juice            1 cup

Orange Juice                       1/2 cup

Citrus Juice                          1 tsp

Sugar (Optional)                1 tsp

Ginger Juice                        1 tsp

Sparkling Water                 1/2 cup

Jalapeno paste                    ¼ tsp

Cumin Powder                    ¼ tsp

Balk Salt                                as required

 

Procedure:

Add all ingredients in the cocktail shaker other than sparkling water. Mix well. Add ice in attractive glasses and then add the sparkling water. Decorate the glass with orange peel.

Preparation Time: 5 minutes

 

2) Guava Lemonade

Guava has high content of Vitamin A. Pink guava contains lycopene which helps in protecting against harmful UV light.

Ingredients:

Fresh Guava                     1

Coconut water                 1/2 cup

Mint leaves                      5-6

Lime Circular Slices        2-3

Salt                                   as required

Sugar                               as required

 

Procedure:

Take a fresh guava, mint leaves and sugar. Grind both the ingredients very finely.

Muddle lime slices and salt with fresh guava juice and coconut water.

Remove the lime slices before pouring into glasses with the help of a strainer.

Fill the pink popped decorated glass with the ice cubes and strained guava Mocktail.

Sprig of Mint can be used for decoration of the drink.
