Ingredients

Ripe strawberries 1 Cup
Yogurt 1 Cup
Sugar/ Honey As per need

Procedure:

  • Wash strawberries and cut into pieces.
  • Add chilled yogurt, sugar/honey and strawberries into the blender.
  • Blend the mixture at the highest speed till a well-blended puree is formed.
  • Pour into glass. Decorate with slit strawberry.

Cucumber 1 Cup

Avocado ½ Cup
