That was the birth of a dream venture, ‘Rungg’ where she is trying to globalize our very own Indian jutti. Ekta is working on modernizing our embroidered footwear to make it go with any outfit.
Rungg also has social conscience and it has been associated with Adharshila Trust in Delhi that aims to empower the weaker sections of society. The women at the trust will be involved in making the dust bags and tassels for the shoes.

Gayatri Iyer, Founder and Chief Creator of Chef In a Box
Gayatri is from New Delhi and is already a published author, an artist and now an entrepreneur. One lazy sunday when Gayatri was browsing her twitter feed, she came across the concept of a US based platform called Homechef.com who sell recipe kits. Their product offering, processes and website really impressed her and she thought why can’t this be done in India? This was the birth of Chef In a Box – a unique platform with a network of renowned chefs and restaurants enabling you to recreate the magic of chef cooked food sitting at your home! The USP here is that the Chef does all the shopping and measuring for the ingredients which is always a challenge for the common man. Customers choose the recipes from a list of Chefs and restaurants and the box full of ingredients in the right quantity, quality along with precise instructions is delivered to them at their doorstep directly from the Chef’s kitchen, thus adding more authenticity and quality.
While talking to us, Gayatri enthusiastically told us “This journey has been challenging and one needs to be strong and self motivated to get cracking. I do not come from an entrepreneurial family but thankfully, I had a very supportive family who believed in me, my dream and said- Yeah, do it! Slowly and steadily, I drew up plans to get this executed, of course in between I was also met with a lot rejections from Chefs and restaurants saying this concept will never work and other people who were aghast at me leaving ‘a salaried job’ and doing something which is so risky. But, like I said the fire and passion of that creative girl could no longer be controlled and it had to be let off through the birth of Chef In A Box. The fun, learning, unknown and excitement of this journey is just incomparable to anything else I have ever experienced in life. I would never trade this life for any other life“.
