Henna works like a magic for those seeking for silky, bouncy and voluminous hair. Soak 1/2 cup of henna in hot water for 1 hour. Mix 1 egg and 2 spoonful of yogurt. Coat this henna paste all over your hair and scalp. Rinse off after 30 minutes followed by a mild shampoo and a conditioner.

Milk is an excellent homemade conditioning and volumizing treatment for your hair. Take half cup of milk with milk fat and refrigerate it for 1 hour to make it thick. Now mix 2 tsp of honey to this thick, cold creamy milk and apply all over your hair. Wash off after 20 minutes. It gives an intensely soft, lustrous and bouncy hair. It also helps in hair growth.

  • Give your hair a final rinse with beer. The properties in beer will add instant shine to your otherwise dull and limp hair
  • Apply some fresh aloe vera pulp to your scalp and hair. Wash this off after 20 minutes. Aloe naturally conditions the hair and improves its quality.

  • Using baby talc on the scalp and rubbing it with light fingers will instantly remove the greasiness from your hair
  • For hair that is looking exceptionally dull, wear Velcro curlers overnight and get bouncy and wavy hair in the morning, without using any heat tools
