1. Importance of Breastfeeding

2. Introducing Solid Food to Your Baby

3. Communicate With Your Baby
When your baby is turning a year old he/she would have started saying words. Though it is difficult to understand what they say it is very important that you keep talking to your baby. This way they will improve their listening and grasping power.
4. Concentrate On Physical Activity
When your child has started taking his first steps, encourage him/her to walk daily for a fixed time. As he/she grows older to 2 or 3 years of age introduce simple outdoor games which they will enjoy.
