Don’t you all feel hungry in the middle of the night? Well! If you are thinking what to cook on those late nights when you are unable to sleep, then, here are some tasty and mouth-watering snacks which are not just simple to cook but can also satisfy your late night yearning for food!
Binge on these yummylicious and toothsome snacks to serve the night owl in you!
The key ingredient for this snack is Bhujiya namkeen. Mix some chopped tomatoes, onions, peanuts, tamarind sauce, dahi (Yogurt) and chat masala with bhujia namkeen. And the meal is ready to satisfy your late night craving!
Note: You can also use tomato sauce instead of tamarind sauce.
Grate mozzarella cheese in a bowl and mix oregano, chili flakes and tomato sauce to it. Spread the mixture on the slices of bread. You can use any type of bread. Pre heat the oven at 200 degrees Celsius. Place the bread slices on a tray and bake for 5-6 minutes till it gets crispy. Voila! The tastiest and the simplest snack is ready to binge on!
Note: If you don’t have an oven, you can use a pan to toast.
Add chopped tomatoes, onions and carrots in a frying pan and cook for 2-3 minutes. Then add chili powder, chopped chilies, maggi masala and mix it well. Then, add maggi and water to it. Cook for 2-3 minutes till the water gets soaked completely. Garnish it with Coriander leaves. Here you go! Maggi is ready to satisfy your hunger!
Note: You can also make the maggi soupy by not drying water and cooking for 1-2 minutes.
This is the simplest of all! Put a slice of cheese on a slice of bread. Then, put sliced tomatoes and cucumber on it. Sprinkle oregano and chili flakes. You can also add mayonnaise. Put it in a microwave and bake for 1-2 minutes. There it is! A perfect snack for the late night yearning for food!
Note: If you don’t have an oven, you can use a pan.
Omelet in a Mug
Put eggs in a mug coated with oil to avoid sticking. Add chopped onions, tomatoes, grated mozzarella cheese, chili flakes, salt and oregano. Microwave it for 1-2 minutes. Ohhh yeah! The yummy snack is ready to eat!
